Why we started
We started Cheshire Garden Rooms because the industry had a transparency problem. Try searching for garden room prices online and most companies will not show you a single number. They want you to call, book a consultation, sit through a sales pitch, and then wait for a quote that may or may not reflect reality. We thought that was a terrible way to treat people.
Our approach is the opposite. Every price is on the website. Every quote is fixed. There are no hidden extras, no surprise costs at the survey stage, and no pressure to upgrade to things you do not need. We build properly insulated, properly wired garden rooms at fair prices, and we tell you exactly what those prices are before you commit to anything.
We are a small, local team based in Cheshire. We build across Cheshire and the wider North West, from Chester to Stockport and everywhere in between. Because we are local, we know the area, we know the planning rules, and we are close enough to come back if you ever need us. That matters more than most people realise.
Every room we build comes with a 10-year structural guarantee. We use Kingspan insulation throughout, C16 graded structural timber, double-glazed windows and doors, and a full electrical package as standard. The specification is the same whether you are buying a 3x3m office or a 5x6m annexe. We do not cut corners on smaller rooms to protect margins.
