Is there enough natural light for art or craft work?

Plenty. We can configure full-height glazing to flood the space with daylight. North-facing gardens are actually ideal for artists because the light is consistent and even.

Can I teach classes from the studio?

Lots of our customers do. Yoga, pilates, music lessons, tutoring. The space works well for small groups. Just bear in mind that if you're running a business from it, you may want to check with your local council on any specific rules.

What's the difference in price between the 3x4m and 4x3m?

The 4x3m option gives you a wider room, which suits activities like yoga or group work. It costs a bit more because the structural design is different. Both are 12 square metres.
