Can the floor handle heavy weights being dropped?

Yes. The Gym Room comes with reinforced flooring as standard. If you're doing serious deadlifts or Olympic lifting, we'd also recommend the premium rubber gym flooring upgrade for extra protection.

Can I mount a squat rack or pull-up rig to the walls?

Absolutely. We include structural reinforcement points for wall-mounted equipment. Just tell us what you're planning and we'll make sure the fixing points are in the right place.

Will it get too hot in summer or too cold in winter?

The insulation keeps the temperature stable year-round. In summer, the ventilation options keep air flowing. In winter, you'll warm up fast once you start training. Most people don't even bother with a heater.

Is there enough power for a treadmill and other equipment?

The full electrical package includes multiple double sockets, so you can run a treadmill, screen, sound system, and a fan without any issues. We can add extra sockets if you need them.

How does the cost compare to a gym membership over time?
